Delivery, Returns, and Exchanges

All items must be returned within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, following the return conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
Your statutory rights under Canadian consumer protection laws are not affected.
Orders outside Canada are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), which means customs or import taxes may apply once the parcel arrives in your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient and vary by destination. Sick Seven has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing your order.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
